Full Day Sessions (More than 4 hours):
$550 Early Rate on or before December 14th
$600 Standard Rate after December 14th
 
Half Day Sessions (4 hours or less) and all Evening Receptions:
$400 Early Rate on or before December 14th
$450 Standard Rate after December 14th
 
Listing Only - Deadline to Apply for Listing Only: March 1st, 2019
Include your event in the program for a flat rate (no meeting space required from AERA)
$100 on or before March 1st, 2019
 
*Space fees are per session request or per day if the session will occur over multiple days. All prices are listed in USD.
