2019 AERA Annual meeting catering services
AERA provides Divisions and SIGs with assistance selecting and ordering catering services at the 2019 AERA Annual Meeting. The step-by-step process to secure catering services is detailed below. AERA aims to finalize all orders by Thursday, February 28.
Questions regarding catering services can be directed to Kendra McGee, Senior Meetings Manager, at 202-238-3212, or to with “AM19 Catering Question” in the subject line.
STEP 1: Program Chairs/Chairs/VPs identify a primary and secondary contact for catering needs for each unit. Catering orders will only be accepted from primary and/or secondary contacts (POCs) as identified on the Catering Point of Contact Survey. If your unit has not completed the survey, please visit https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/DGXQ523.
STEP 2: POCs check the 2019 Annual Meeting Online Program at www.aera.net to confirm the venues where their session(s) and event(s) will be held. The schedule will be released on Friday, February 15.
STEP 3: POCs download the menu guide(s) and banquet menu(s) for the venue(s) where the unit sessions/events are scheduled. The menu guide is an abbreviated collection of menu selections, guidelines, and pricing from the full 2019 banquet menus. To download the menu guide(s) and banquet menu(s), select the link(s) below. After reviewing the materials, if POCs would find it helpful to discuss menu options in more detail, please call Kendra McGee, Senior Meetings Manager, at 202-238-3212.
